We aim to process your order within 1 business day of receiving your order.

Cancellations for orders are only accepted prior to shipping.
Orders inside NZ are couriered and require a signature on delivery.
International orders are sent by air-freight. Currently, we expect delivery target times to the US of about 5 to 8 business days. A US Track & Trace option is available - please email us first before ordering

Our New Zealand exchange rate makes purchasing from our NZ base attractive to many overseas clients.

Prices are shown in NZD but an estimated US price is given for comparison. This is based on a current exchange rate.

At the same time we aim to offer competitive pricing and good service to our Kiwi clients as well.

All prices are shown in NZ dollars, inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). When ordering outside of New Zealand, payment of the GST component is automatically removed at the shopping cart stage as it's not applicable.
