Known as CLARITIN in the US , Claratyne 30's contain loratadine 10mg , an effective non-sedating antihistamine that works in minutes, lasts for hours.

Claratyne will reduce symptoms associated with hayfever, allergic responses or urticaria (itchy skin), so you can expect relief from itchy, burning or congested nasal symptoms, and improvement in itchy, reddened or runny eyes. Additionally, this antihistamine will treat itchy skin and skin rashes.

Dose - one tablet once daily

Adverse Effects

In worldwide controlled clinical studies, the incidence of adverse effects associated with loratadine ( the active ingredient in Claratyne or Claritin)  tablets has been comparable to that of placebo. In these trials, loratadine has shown no clinically significant sedative properties. Fatigue, and headache were rarely reported events with loratadine tablets which were also reported with similar incidence in placebo-treated patients.
